3. Requests for Quotes

Requests for quotes made via the website are free of charge and do not constitute any commitment on the part of either party.

Each quotation is prepared on a bespoke basis, taking into account the nature of the event, the desired concept, and the seasonal availability of flowers, materials and other necessary services.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for the period indicated in the relevant document and may be revised after that period depending on product availability.

4. Bookings

The date of the event will only be considered booked following written confirmation from Algarve Flower Design and, where applicable, upon receipt of the deposit agreed between the parties.

The absence of confirmation or payment of the deposit does not guarantee the availability of the requested date.

5. Prices

The prices quoted in proposals or quotations may vary depending on the seasonal availability of flowers, suppliers' costs and any changes requested by the client prior to final confirmation.

All prices quoted include VAT at the statutory rate in force, where applicable.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Any request for a change or cancellation must be communicated in writing as far in advance as possible.

The conditions applicable to any refund or retention of the deposit shall be those set out in the quotation, contract or agreement accepted by the parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content made available on this website, including text, photographs, images, logos, graphic elements, design and other content, is the property of Algarve Flower Design or is used with the authorisation of the respective rights holders.

The reproduction, copying, distribution, modification or any other form of use of this content without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

8. Liability

Algarve Flower Design endeavours to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, up to date and correct.
